Biographical information
I am delighted to receive your inquiry about possibly participating in recreational boating aboard sailing vessel Celtic Song. It is worth expressly reflecting upon the obvious but sometimes forgotten fact that on a small recreational sailboat participants are in a close working and living boating relationship with no option to cease participating while between ports. This questionnaire will help me to possibly request your participation onboard Celtic Song. For everyone’s well being please answer the following questions, provide your phone numbers (cell and landline), and provide a copy of your driver’s license.
