We made it to Santa Maria in 38 hours from Cabo anchorage.  Used Jim Elfers book Baja Bash.  We did not use the rhumb line. Stayed inside 2 -3 miles off land.  When we went out to rhumb line half crew was seasick.

Approached  Pt Tosca, in afternoon with large seas and wind.  Boat speed drop to 2 - 3k.  We ducked down into lee of land then came around.

BSM anchorage excellent. Great Panga ride up the mangroves to the sand dunes, spiny lobster and oysters from the fisherman.  We are now buddy boating with Val and Jill on their Selene 36 who we met in San Jose Del Cabo.

All is well. Made water and transferred fuel. Leaving 0700 today for Turtle Bay.
